Each residence recognized as individual small volume. They are organized around an internal common-use courtyard atrium with fleeting views that unfold as one walks. Each residence was design independently and opens onto its own inner courtyard which is protected from the north wind. Low energy consumption is achieved due to the elaboration of the building’s shell and the exploitation of the earth the wind and the sun.
